Before the 2020 pandemic, all participants of the program were required to come into an office to meet with a physician in person before certification could be issued. Since being approved, telemedicine, or virtual medicine now gives us the ability to treat patients statewide regardless of their ability to come to the office. Patients can now do their appointment from anywhere they can access the internet, making it much more convenient from a scheduling standpoint.
Most appointments can be done in as little as 10 minutes resulting in one-year certifications. During each visit, you are allowed to ask our physicians any questions you have about marijuana, how it may benefit you, different routes of administration, and dosing information. Appointments can be set up in a variety of ways, our phone and chat lines are open Monday- Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and our website accepts scheduling requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All phone lines, chat lines, and online scheduling requests are monitored by live representatives, and all communications typically get a response within one business day.

While medical records are a state requirement you shouldn’t worry if you don’t have them, we can help you obtain what you need! We specialise in helping patients obtain medical records or a diagnosis that will allow them to become a participant in the medical marijuana program. Free of charge, we will call, fax, and email your current medical provider asking for medical records, typically they are provided to the requesting physician (CCC) at no additional cost to the patient. If you do not currently have a medical provider, an appointment with one of our providers can be set up, separately, to obtain the necessary, acceptable, diagnosis for the state.
